Broccoli, Kale and Radish microgreens are fan favorites. Not only are they beautiful but they each have a unique flavor palate to add a little something extra to your dish. We have recently added cabbage microgreens to our farm and are still waiting...but so far, it is gorgeous!
Sweet Pea shoots are technically a little beyond microgreens but we still love them! Look at how gorgeous they are and taste...a delicious nutty flavor that you will want to just snack on. Sunflowers are the newbie in this category and this is our 1st harvest. Aren't they pretty?
