DELIVERY-It's pretty simple really, if your address is within 20 miles of our farm, 5316 County Road 212, Alvarado, Tx 76009, you are in our delivery area. Yeah! Now, just place an order for $30 or more and receive FREE delivery. For smaller orders or if you are outside our delivery area, choose a pick-up point at checkout.

AVAILABILITY-You understand that we are growing live plants that sometimes do not grow according to schedule, and on occasion, the seed may be unavailable to purchase. HomeTown Growers llc (HTG) reserves the right to substitute another item (we will work with you) if the item ordered is unavailable. HTG may partner with other local growers, who share the same growing practices(no pesticides, non-GMO, etc), to fill CSA orders to deliver a variety of products.

APPEARANCE & GUARANTEE-Improper storage of products may result in wilting or freezing. HTG will not be held responsible. Please know that all living things will sometimes have imperfections. Don't we all? You may find a piece of lettuce in your bag that turned brown. It happens. These are living plants that have now lost their life support. Simply grab that little guy out of there and move on with enjoying the rest. If your product is inedible after 7 days, please contact us for a replacement. We would not expect this, but anything is possible. We want you to enjoy your items.
